Alpha Box subscribers will receive an email with a tracking number for their reference once their box has shipped. Subscribers will then be able to sign up for the FedEx Delivery Manager to be notified when their packages are delivered. We must be contacted immediately within two business days of a box being marked “Delivered” if the subscriber has not received their box and needs to file a claim. We cannot be responsible for unreceived boxes past our claim period or weeks after their delivery confirmation. We are also not responsible for stolen packages once delivery has been confirmed.
If you are changing your shipping address or size details, they must be updated prior to the current shipping month. To do this, you MUST contact us directly at 803-254-6404 or via email at firstname.lastname@example.org to notify us of the change. Otherwise, the change will not go into effect until the following subscription cycle. If you do not contact us prior to the shipping month and your Box is shipped to the wrong address, or you receive the wrong apparel size, please be aware that reshipping and replacement fees will apply. The fees are as follows: Replacement Box if necessary (cost of the box) + a $12.00 Reshipping Fee.
