All purchases are non-refundable. You can cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account or contacting us from our contact page. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid term.

You will receive a 30-day account renewal notice via email, prior to your renewal date. Therefore, you must cancel your subscription before your renewal date to avoid being charged for another cycle.
