How do I cancel my subscription?

Log into your account.
Click the "Subscriptions" tab.
Scroll down until you see your subscription box then click "Manage" next to it.
Scroll down and look to the bottom right of the screen where it has "Subscription Settings."
Click “Cancel your subscription”.
An email will be sent to confirm your cancellation.

Note: You will receive a 30-day account renewal notice via email, prior to your renewal date. Therefore, you must cancel your subscription before your renewal date to avoid being charged for another cycle.

How do I get a refund or exchange?

Unfortunately, items in the Alpha Ice Box cannot be exchanged for different items, nor can the Alpha Box be refunded. However, if we have made an error in your Alpha Ice Box or Life Member Box, we will be willing to exchange the item free of charge. Please contact us via email at hello@alphatraditions.com.

What are the Alpha Ice Box and the Alpha For Life Box?

The “Alpha Ice Box” and the “Alpha for Life box” offers a monthly delivery of licensed, professional, quality Fraternity apparel and accessories all delivered to your front door! The Alpha Ice Box and The Alpha for Life Box are great for new members, birthday’s, anniversaries, and more! Both boxes are available in quarterly or yearly payment increments. We’ll ship your Alpha Box between the 25th and 31st of each month.

What if I have an address change?

If you have updated your account address, please email us via hello@alphatraditions.com and call 803-254-6404 to verify the change. We must be contacted directly with any address changes by the 15th of the previous month to ensure that any new shipping addresses have been properly updated prior to the Alpha Ice or Life Member Boxes shipping out at the end of that month. For example, Address information is generated for our fulfillment center on January 15th which is the deadline for being included on the list to receive a February Ice Box. If you want your change of address to take effect for your February Shipment, then you need to contact us by or before January 15th. If you think your address may be changing but do not yet have the new address, please alert us to that as well. If we receive your request during the shipping month, we will try our best to update it, but we cannot guarantee address changes that are sent to us during the shipping month. If you do not contact us during the specified timeframe and your Box is shipped to the wrong address, be aware that reshipping and box replacement fees will apply. The fees are as follows: Replacement Box if necessary (cost of box) + a $12.00 reshipping fee.

What if I have an apparel size change?

If you are changing your size details, they must be changed prior to the month of shipping since we place the orders for your items at least a month in advance. You must contact us directly at 803-254-6404 or via email at hello@alphatraditions.com to notify us of the change. Otherwise, the change will not go into effect until the following subscription cycle. We cannot guarantee size changes that are placed during the month of shipping. For example, If you need to change your size for the February Ice Box that you are expecting to receive, you must contact us and request the change by or before January 15th, which is the deadline for being on the list to receive a February Ice Box. If we are not contacted by the 15th of the prior shipping month and you need to exchange the size that you received, you may exchange your apparel size (based on availability) by contacting us, sending the apparel back, and submitting a $12 reshipping fee.

When will I be billed?

You can purchase subscriptions on a quarterly or yearly re-billable payment cycle, and you will be billed for your first box at the time of your initial signup. Subscriptions will automatically renew quarter to quarter or year to year. Subscriptions will continue until you log in to your account and cancel your subscription. Please verify that your billing information is up to date. If we are unable to process your payment, it will lead to a delay in receiving your Alpha Box. When will I receive my Alpha Box?

If you subscribe to the Ice Box by the 15th of the month, you will receive your box by the 30th or 31st of the following month. If you have signed up for the Life Member Box, please see the shipping schedule above. Based upon the date of your sign up, the Life Member Boxes are shipped out in January, April, July, and October. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your box is shipped. Please sign up for the delivery manager so that you can be alerted when your package is delivered.
